Wulfgar of Peterborough was a tenth century, Monk and saint of Anglo-Saxon England. He was the Abbot of Peterborough Abbey from 989AD to 1016AD,〔( Anglo-Saxon Chronicle: Peterborough Manuscript ).〕 and may have been one of the moneyer’s at the Peterborough Abbey Mint.〔Edmund King, Peterborough Abbey, 1086-1310: A Study in the Land Market (Cambridge University Press, 1973) ( page 8 ).〕 〔William c.
